    1. Our supplier sources the organic cotton fibers and yarn from India. Organic cotton is grown without the use of chemicals and genetically engineered seeds. Making use of natural fertilizer instead of toxic ones, organic cotton creates less greenhouse gas emissions and doesn’t contaminate our planet as much as conventional cotton.

    2. The yarn is spun in India before being sent to our vertically integrated manufacturer in Lithuania.

    3. The jersey and rib fabrics are knitted in Lithuania. We work with a vertically integrated manufacturer, which means they not only focus on manufacturing garments, but they also knit and dye our fabrics in-house. This saves time and resources, and means the garments don't have to travel long distances during production.

    4. Our fabrics are dyed using Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) approved dyes.

    6. We ship our orders in Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Mix certified cardboard boxes, which are cut and printed in Austria. They do contain a plastic tear-off strip, which is a compromise we are willing to make in order to offer easy returns without customers having to use additional plastic tape.

Our products come wrapped in tissue paper, secured with a sticker. Both our stickers and our flyers are manufactured in a climate-neutral facility in Germany using 100% recycled paper.

The hangtags we use are made of 100% FSC certified paper and are manufactured in Austria. Our barcode stickers are currently still made of plastic, but this is the next area we want to tackle!

    7. Our warehouse is located just outside of Berlin. All of our orders are shipped using DHL go green, which is a climate-neutral shipping solution. The fulfillment center prides themselves with having a young, 59% female team from 9 different nationalities. The team is encouraged to bike to work and their company fridge is filled with over 90% organic foods.

    9. The most sustainable thing you can do is to wear and rewear your garments many times. When you're ready to pass something on, consider reselling or donating it! Our community is a good place for that!

However, in a circular economy, a product's end-of-life scenario is an important aspect to keep in mind during its creation. Sooner or (hopefully) later this garment's life will come to an end. Since we don't yet have a take-back-program, we want to tell you what we know about the recyclability of this garment:

This garment consists of mainly natural materials - organic cotton and lyocell. The rib, however, contains 2% Roica V550 elastane, which is supposedly a sustainable alternative. It is produced by the company Asahi Kasei and is both Cradle to Cradle Gold certified and Hohenstein Environment certified. Both independent certifiers tested the material and found that it breaks down without releasing any harmful substances. We are in close contact to our suppliers to find out more about whether this garment as a whole could eventually fully degrade.

    Thick and high-quality material

I love how this t-shirt is cut a little oversized but is still a little cropped. Looks SO good with a pair of basic black jeans. I went for a size S (normally wear S-M) and it fits perfectly.

Best basic white tee I ever had

Really comfy to wear and not see-through at all because of the slightly thicker material. Great quality overall - love it!

Mir gefällt vor allem die (kurze) Länge, da mir sonst T-Shirts immer zu lang sind. Also vielen Dank dafür!
