Through our Women Who Inspire Us series we aim to highlight women who live their lives in a way that we find empowering. With each feature we introduce you to someone who has crossed our path - virtually or IRL - and left a lasting impression.
Melanie Lichtenschopf is one of those women. Based in Vienna, she works as a marketing and social media manager as well as a content creator - roles that allow her to constantly explore her creativity and evolve her perspective. She captures everyday moments with a quiet sense of curiosity and aesthetic sensitivity. Through her photography and creative work, she explores the beauty of interiors, food, and architecture - always with an attentive eye for atmosphere, composition, and detail. Her perspective reflects a deep appreciation for thoughtful living, where inspiration is often found in simple rituals and the spaces we move through.
Today, we’re excited to share our #WomenWhoInspireUs conversation with Melanie.
Introducing - Melanie Lichtenschopf

How do you describe what you do?
I work as a marketing and social media manager and content creator. This allows me to be very creative and constantly reinvent myself.
Name three words that describe you.
Calm, creative, intuitive.
What do you do to unwind and reconnect with yourself?
I love spending my weekends in nature. Experiencing nature with all my senses really grounds me, and when I'm in Vienna, I also enjoy going to museums. Art helps me slow down and find new inspiration.
What does slow living mean to you?
For me, it means paying attention to the little things.

Tell us about your morning routine!
In the morning, I make myself a green tea (I'm a big tea lover) and check my emails. Afterwards, I take my dog for a long walk.
Where do you find your inspiration?
You can find it almost anywhere if you look carefully, but I most often find inspiration in old books and magazines about design, food, and architecture.
Knowing what you know now, what would you tell your 18 year old self?
Trust your instincts. You don’t have to be the way others expect you to be.
Can you highlight a specific piece of clothing you've owned for a long time that holds a special place in your heart, and share the story behind it?
I have a brooch in the shape of a bird that my mom wore on her wedding day.
Your current or all time favorite song?
Little By Little - Oasis
