Customer Experience Representative (m/f/d)

Type of employment: Werkstudent / Mini Job 
Hours: 10h/week (split into 2h/day from Monday to Friday)
Start: May 2024
Location: Remote (preferably Germany)

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding promptly to customer care requests via our channels (primarily ZenDesk and at times Shopify Inbox) everyday from Monday to Friday
• Managing returns via our shop system (Shopify) and return reports from our external fulfilment center
• Dealing with shipping and logistics issues via our DHL and DHL express accounts, as well as handling customs declarations when necessary
• Staying up-to-date on our products and company values in order to respond efficiently to all questions
• Staying informed about customer rights in various countries and regions we serve, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Overseeing our general customer satisfaction by passing on feedback to improve our service and products 
• Proactively identifying strategies to reduce returns 
• Assisting with any logistical projects and events

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in both German and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Writing error-free and well structured emails is important!
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, dedicating a minimum of 2 hours daily to the role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented. A commitment to accuracy when handling orders, returns and refunds is important!
• Problem-solver with good conflict resolution skills
• Service-minded with the ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs while demonstrating patience in resolving inquiries.
• Past experience in a similar role is a plus!
