Title: Marketing & Social Media Manager (m/f/d)
Type of employment: Part-time or Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in multimedia content creation (including photo, video, and graphic design), and has a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within an e-commerce or fashion brand. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize a monthly content calendar for the following channels: blog, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and email marketing
- Create digital (and print) assets in Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro, which may consist of photos, videos, graphics as well as written content
- Post daily on our channels and promptly answer comments and direct messages
- Engage with our community and like / comment on content that reflects our values and aesthetics to expand our reach
- Plan and organize content productions and photoshootings in accordance with our product launches and content needs
- Curate existing photo and video material from shootings and content creators, and translate it into new and inspiring content edits
- Work closely with our ad manager to set up and optimize paid advertisements
- Manage influencer and content creator relations (Organize giftings and content creation collaborations)
- Send a weekly newsletter through Klaviyo and optimize our overall email strategy (flows, campaigns, generating sign-ups)
- Analyze Shopify sales data and identifying which products need to be posted more often in order to achieve sales goals
- Manage marketing campaigns in accordance with sales goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency across our channels and creative assets
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in digital marketing or social media management for an e-commerce or fashion brand
- You have a strong understanding social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) and are familiar with their best practices and current trends
- You are experienced in managing and creating digital and print assets as well as curating and editing photos and videos to create engaging content
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- You are experienced in planning and executing photoshoots and content productions
- You enjoy community management, including commenting on other profiles, promptly responding to comments, and replying to direct messages
- You have knowledge of influencer marketing and are able to manage relationships with content creators
- You have worked with Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro before
- You have worked with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, including creating and optimizing newsletters and email campaigns (basic knowledge of html is beneficial)
- You have strong analytical skills to interpret Shopify sales data and make data-driven decisions
- You are experienced in managing marketing campaigns, such as paid advertisements
- You are highly detail oriented, and are always committed to ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency across all content and channels
- You have strong organizational skills, work well independently, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You have a creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media
