Care

Extend the life of this garment and minimise the impact on the environment by only washing when necessary. As wool is naturally self-cleaning, we recommend airing or steaming to refresh your garment between wears.

Using gentle wool wash detergent, wash by hand or in your washing machine, using a reliable wool wash program at a consistently low temperature and low spinning cycle to avoid shrinking. When washing by hand, wash and rinse without rubbing or wringing. Always dry flat, as wet wool stretches easily. Do not use fabric softener and do not tumble dry. Wash with similar colors. Please note, each machine may handle wool differently, so wash at your own risk and handle with care.

Pilling occurs in merino wool due to the natural fibers rubbing against each other during wear. This is a normal process and not a sign of poor quality. Over time, pilling will reduce and can be gently removed by hand or using a fabric shaver.
