These terms and conditions apply to all orders submitted to The Slow Label’s webshop on www.theslowlabel.com (referred to as “the webshop”), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with The Slow Label GmbH, (referred to as “us” or “The Slow Label”). We encourage our buyers (referred to as “you” or “the customer”) to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before using the webshop or submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time. Please check them previous to every order you place in the webshop.

2. THE CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding contract offer. To place an order, you must follow the online shopping process of adding the desired goods to your virtual shopping cart and following the shopping process on the checkout page. You have the chance to review your order and then click “complete order” to be directed to your chosen payment method.
By completing this step, the customer submits a legally binding offer of contract with regard to the goods contained in the shopping cart.
When your offer to buy from us is received, you get an automatic acknowledgement of receipt (“order confirmation email”) to the email address you submitted. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, it merely documents that your order has been received.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been accepted by The Slow Label and a shipping confirmation email has been sent to the email address you submitted.
The order can only be submitted if the customer has accepted these terms and conditions by ticking the box "I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND REFUND POLICY."
Contract languages are German and English.
An order is possible for registered customers as well as for guest customers.
3. PRICES & INVENTORY
Occasionally there may be information in the Webshop that contains errors or inaccuracies, relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, to update information or cancel orders if any information in the Webshop is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the Webshop, The Slow Label will notify the customer via email. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question and fully refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on the Webshop you will be given the opportunity to either purchase the item at the correct price, or cancel the order. The Slow Label reserves the right to cancel a purchase agreement if fraud is suspected.
The prices in our Webshop constitute the total price (including sales tax), but do not include delivery costs. Those will be indicated separately during the checkout process. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply, such as payment fees and customs fees. Those costs will have to be paid by the customer.

4. DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS
We reserve the right to change prices and discount items from time to time without prior notice. Gift Card codes or discount codes are only valid once per person (unless otherwise stated) and only within the stated period of time. They may not be combined or transferred to another purchase. Gift Cards cannot be bought with discount codes.
Payment is currently only possible in the currency set out in the Webshop, which is Euro (€). Payment can be carried out by credit or debit cards, Klarna (Sofort), Ideal or PayPal. Available payment methods vary depending on your location and shipping destination.
Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have arranged a later date. If payment is pending, The Slow Label reserves the right to halt the shipment until full amount has been received. A purchase may be declined if payment did not go through or fraud is detected.
6. CONTRACTUAL OBJECT
The nature of the ordered goods results from the product descriptions in the online shop. Images on the website may reflect the products inaccurately; especially for technical reasons Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the product. Descriptions of specifications, weight, measures and performance are as precise as possible, but may have the usual deviations.
7. SHIPPING PRICES & TIMES
The Slow Label accepts and processes purchases in the same order in which they are submitted to the webshop. The delivery of goods is subject to availability. The processing time is between 1-5 working days. Packaging of goods is done by our fulfillment center Moodja in Germany and shipping is processed via DHL. All shipping costs will be specified during the checkout process, so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order.

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the cost of the shipping.
Should your order be delayed you will receive a notification via email. You may cancel the order and get a full refund if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment.
All dispatched items are insured by The Slow Label up to a certain amount. Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it, please take a photo and report this to our customer support: email@example.com as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation need to be sent back and are replaced by The Slow Label free of charge.
If you have already opened the package when you notice the damage, please read section "10. DAMAGED PRODUCTS"
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. To return an item, please follow the instructions provided on our Shipping & Returns page.
The costs for the return of the order are to be borne by the customer if the customer has ordered using free shipping.
If the customer has paid for shipping, the return is free and all costs will be paid by The Slow Label.
Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
Please note that the responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that the return shipment is insured and traceable. The Slow Label will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please feel free to just place a new order in our online shop. You may also reach out to our customer care team if you need help!
10. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
The Slow Label ensures that all products go through several quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid damages or defects in our products. Should you receive a faulty item, please send us an email including a photo of the defect within 14 days from the time of delivery.
If the defect can easily be repaired, we will give you the option to bring it to your local tailor. Repair costs are on us. If you would rather exchange your item for a new one, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost.
We will refund you as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 from the day on which you took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We cannot guarantee that the colors shown in the webshop reflect the clothes’ colors in reality. The colors can be shown in different ways depending on your computer or phone screen and settings.
Until full payment, the delivered goods remain the property of the seller.
All pre-orders have to be paid for in full when placing the order. Please bear in mind that the shipping date is only an estimate and may change. In case of a significant production or shipping delay, we will notify you via email. Should you have a change of heart, you are always welcome to cancel your pre-order as long as it is not within 2 days of the stated shipping time and the order has not been shipped yet. After that, our standard return policy applies.
Orders, which include one or more pre-order items and one or more non-pre-order items, will be set as pre-order and shipped together once all pre-ordered items are back in stock.
15. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be ineffective, this shall not affect the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions apply.
German law applies.
The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, for deliveries and payments as well as all disputes arising between the parties, Germany. For end-consumers, the place of performance and jurisdiction is the buyer's place of business.
